So today I transformed some green and red Toms…
Into… Chutney (with the help of Nigel Slater)

Chutney looks good! We have had a series of disasters with our tomatoes but have finally resolved our greenhouse problems ( wind kept blowing the glass out!) so I am hopeful that next year will be the year we get a decent crop!
Oh i know i think we got lucky this year! Chutney was very nice and i have inflicted upon lots of family!
